DAY OF MINDFULNESS
led by Dharma teacher Jack Lawlor in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
We will enjoy sitting & walking meditation, chanting of the Heart Sutra, a group discussion & a Dharma Talk entitled Mindful Communications, Mindful Relationships

Please bring a blanket and/or sitting cushion, plus shoes for outdoor walking meditation.
Vegetarian lunch provided by the Vietnamese community. (Participants with special diets may bring their own meals.)

Whether arriving late or departing early, please enter and exit the temple with mindfulness–observing noble silence and, if possible, arriving/departing during the transition periods between practices.
